HAND-DRIVEN PROPELLOR
IN USE ON THAMES LIFEBOAT.
[BT ExBCTBIO TbLBGBAPH—COPYRIGHT] [United Pbess Association.] (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, June 15. The Board of Trade inspected a lifeboat on the Thames with a handdriven propellor, which gave a speed of six knots an hour. There are no ; oars and no danger of crabcatching in rough water.
