Cer- ' tain trade unions maintained an actual rebellion against State authority. DEBICNS UPON HIS ADMINISTRATION. President Wilson intends to carry out the Anti-Trust programme. He declares that certain interests are making efforts to bring his administration into disrepute. He asserts that the recent business depression throughout the.
