The railway department have met th© rush on trucks in a businesslike manner, and it behoves the farmers to reciprocate by taking delivery of consignments promptly on arrival at th© various stations, so that the trucks can bo returned to New Plymouth forthwith. Mr King is advising the farmers by wire, letter and card immediately the slag is loaded at the breakwater, so that it would be as well for each to get his mail daily i? at all possible.
