COUNCIL CANDIDATES.
[To The Editor Stratford Post.] Sir,—l would hop; a small space in vour valuable columns to give the' ratepayers and householders a little knowledge of one of the candidates at the recent Borough Council contest. I do so not in the interest of tin* candidate, hut for tin* benefit of the Borough. Mr Mooh has been connected with one of tlie most progressive Boroughs in (ho Dominion, having been in the employ of the Wanganui Council for a number of years, part of that time being foreman. This has enabled him to get in touch with most of their works and hence ho hay had experience which the voters of this town should get the benefit of. 1 trust this is only stepping stone to future Council elections, and that Mr Moon will come forward again.—1 am, etc., R. R. F. SHARP. ( Stratford, June 4, 1914.
