AMUSING “SCENE” IN PARIS. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 8.0 a.m.) Paris, June 4. When the visitors signed the golden hook, Lord Peel inserted his signature above that of Sir Thomas Bowater’s.
