Last Saturday I held my usual weekly sale with a very good attendance of the public. I* quote as follows Ducks (small) Is 9d to 2s, hens Is to 2s, turkey gobbler (small) os 6d to 8s (id, turkey hen os (id, roosters Is 7d to os, cabbage 2s 6d to 3s 3d per dozen, cauliflower 2s (id to 3s, carrot per bundle Is 2d to Is (id, per sack 3s to 3s 6d, potatoes £0 per ton, onions 7s per bag, furniture and sundries at usual auction rates.
