The Lord Mayor opened the London headquarters with a luncheon at the Waldorf Hotel.' .Lords. Stanhope and Meath and the Agents-General were present. Lord Northcliffe, president and founder of the Club, read telegrams from the-Duke of Connaught, the Hon. Mr Deakin, tho Mayor of Melbourne, the,Governors of New Zealand, Tasmania, and "West Australia, and the branches in New South Wales, BrisMelbourne, and Wollongong, and remote places -like-the Falkland Islands. Lord Selborne and Lord Buxton proposed and seconded the toast of "The Dominions" and Sir George the Hon. Thomas Mackenzie responded. . N ■
