hearing concluded. The hearing of the case W. H. Hawkins v. T. I. Lamason was concluded the Court this morning. The claim was for, £5 per week for services as auctioneer for a period of sixteen weeks. Mr Thomson appeared for plaintiff and Mr Macalister for ..defendant. ‘ John Henry Robson, sawmiller, gave evidence that early in this year he had a conversation with Hawkins, whd was introduced to him by Lamason.
