(Received 10.35 a.m.) Durazzo, May 19* Two thousand fanatical Mussulman A and insurgent peasants captured a village near Durazzo. They demand exemption'from military service and the use of the Albanian tongue in schools. They accuse Essad Pasha of breaking his promises. Meanwhile, the Italian squadron arrived hastily at Durazzo. Essad Pasha and his wife were arrested and placed aboard the Austro-Hungarian warship Sziget Varbut, but it is not known at whose instigation.
