GERMAN ARMY ESTIMATES

ATTACK ON ARMAMENTS INDUSTRY. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 8.25 a.m.) , Berlin, May 12. During the debate in the Reichstag on Army estimates, Herr Liebknecht said that at least 25 million sterling was invested in the German armaments industry. He renewed the attack on Krupps and many high officers and officials who, he said, were personally interested in shipbuilding and armourplate firms. He asserted that an international ring existed for the supply of explosives under the leadership of an English firm, and declared that Germany supplied ammunition to Ulster. The War Minister deplored the injury to Krupps by Liebknecsht'g attacks.
