BEEKEEPERS’ CONFERENCE.
The National Association of Bee- j, keepers announce that the second an- d nual conference will bo held in Wei- |i lingtou during the month of June. The proceedings will extern} over three days, and should prove of the deepest interest to every apiarist in the Dominion. Among the subjects , to be discussed are the following:— The ICxport of Honey, with a- review of the successful operations of the past year; Further Investigations into the Standardisation of Packages; Report on Government Grading; ..Remodelling the Constitution of the Association and other Related .Matters. Tlie success which lias attended the work of the Association since it came ‘into existence is a complete demou{strati mi of the real value and econojmic necessity of such .an organisation i which having a Doiniiiinn-wide scope 1 rather than the limited held of districts or provinces, is thereby enabled ito attain results of distinct value to 'every beekeeper in New Zealand. It is anticipated that there it ill be a big attendance of apiarists at this gathering, and the Association is naturally anxious to secure the presence of every interested and eu- , jthusiastic beekeeper for the benefit of the common good,
