RECRUITS AND THE OATH. I'ii* EIiKOTBIG TeLEGBAPH—OOPYBIGHT {■United Pbebb Association. ] (Received 9 a.m.) Sofia, May 10. The Servian garrison at Bisfcovac killed 18 recruits in an affray arising out of their refusal to take the oath. The Servian soldiers at Kragovetz massacred a company of Bulgarian and Macedonian recruits from Ishbib for refusing to take the oath.
