AN INTERESTING MEMORANDUM THE MARCH CONFERENCE. (Received 8.40 a.m.) London, May 8. A memorandum has been published, giving Colonel Seely's conversations with Generals French, Ewart and Paget on March 20th. It shows that General French strongly favored a court-martial of the officers not complying with orders- or threatening to resign. General Ewart pointed out technical difficulties, and General French thereupon agreed to General Paget's suggestion to remove the officers.
