TWO ARRESTS IN PARIS. By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.j (Received 9.0 a.m.) Paris, May 7. Joseph Kislinger and Antoinette Bonmer, Roumanians, have been arrested on a charge of absconding fiom New York, where they were entrusted with £17,000 worth of jewellery.
