The Nationalists are insistent that the Bill be sent to the Lords and passed before there are any negotiations. It is understood that Mr Redmond favours Federalism, but Mr Devlin does not. UNIONISTS MEET IN PROTEST. One hundred Unionists met in the House of Commons and made a protest against the Home Rule Bill. The Majority advocated maintenance of the Union at all costs.
