RESULT OF A MEETING. fPiB Peebb Association.] Marten, May 5. A largely attended meeting of farmers qp's held at Mar ton to-day to consider the advisability oi erecting freezing works near Marton. It was resolved: "That t this meeting of farmers set up a committee to approach on© of the existing freezing companies, with a view to erecting supjJementary works in the Rangitikei ■strict between Marton and Feilding, and that the committee confer with the Feilding and Taihape directors."
