THE MANAGER SUMMONED*

The Home Office has issued summonses against Edward Shaiv, manager of the Senghenydd mine, for i negligence in connection with the safety lamps, the registration of the temperature, the failure to provide means of reversing the air current, and the failure to prevent dust acicumulations.
