FENNER IN COURT. By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.j (Received 8.40 a.m.) London, April 29. Fenner is charged with appropriating £37,059, of which Lord Murray was a trustee. Lord Murray gave evilence that Fonner made a clean breast i)f the affair and did not attempt to conceal the misappropriation. He wave witness two liens over his assets, and left him free to take whatever action he liked.
