DOMINION HOUSE SCHEME.
[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright [United Prebh Association.j (Received 9 a.m.) Capetown, April 28. Mr Malan (Minister of Education), in the House of Assembly, announced that for financial reasons there was no prospect in the near future of South Africa participating in Earl Grey's scheme for tho Dominion building in London.
