ALBANIA'S TROUBLES.
EVACUATION BY CREEKS. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 9.-40 a.m.) Athens, April 29. The Greeks, have completed the evacuation of northern Epirus. CARRIED TOO FAR. (Received 11.55 a.m.) Constantinople; April 28. The Government believes that the anti-Greek movement in 'Thrace was carried too far and are devising measures for the Greeks' protection.
