WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are for south-east-erly moderate to strong winds, and veering by east to north, then freshening, for a storm appears to he approaching from the west, after about 36 to 38 hours. Weather probably cold and changeable. The barometer has a rising tendency, but likely falling fast after about 36 hours.
