Louis Andrieu, an Anarchist, while carrying out a burglary, terrorised an inmate of a house in Marseilles with a revolver, when a twelve-year-old girl threw a box full of snuff into his eyes. Andrieu shrieked with pain and committed suicide, being in the possession of two bombs.
