AN INVENTOR'S ARREST.
ALLEGED FALSE PRETENCES. (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, April 15. George Caswell, the reputed inventor of the carriage lock, lias been arrested on a charge of obtaining food and lodgings under false pretences.
