ARMY SERVICE CORPS.
DISTRIBUTION OF COMPANIES. [Per Press Association.] Wellington, April 15. The Army Service Organisation, a vital branch of the service, in which, the New Zealand defence forces wore 5 formerly deficient, has now been practically completed. In general orders it is notified that the distribution of companies of the New Zealand Army Service Corps has been arranged as under:— NORTH ISLAND. No. 1 Company (headquarters and details), Auckland. No. 2 Company (infantry brigade), Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua and Wliangarei. No. 3 Company (infantry brigade), Wellington. No. 4 Company (Mounted Rifles Brigade), Palryerston North, Napier, Mastorton and Hawera. No. 5 Company (mounted rifles brigade, independent), Auckland. SOUTH ISLAND. No. 6 Company (headquarters and details), Invercargill. No. 7 Company (infantry brigade), Christchurch, Nelson, Rangiora, and Timaru. No. 8 Company (infantry brigade), Dunedin. No. 9 Company (mounted rifles brigade), Christchurch. No. 10 Company (mounted rifles brigade, independent), Dunedin. Depot companies will bo formed later in Auckland, Wellington, Canterbury, and Otago,
