JACK JOHNSON’S APPEAL.
NEW TRIAL GRANTED. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright i [United Press Association.] (Received 10.50 a.m. New York,/ April 14. The Chicago Court appeals allowed Jack Johnson a new trial on the charge on which he was fined and sentenced under the White Slave Act. Johnson is now able to return to the United States if he wishes.
