A 32 h.p. “H” Hnpmobile on February 23rd, made a record non-stop run (PictonDunedin) of 496 miles in 17hours 25 minutes, averaging 28 miles per hour. This is a record for reliability for New Zealand, and the mileage attained is all the more creditable considering that the Christchurch-Dunedin run of 246 miles was made in darkness.
