An American admiral reports taking ing off hundreds of refugees to warships. It is believed the next critical battle will be fought around Tampico. General Villa’s force is resting, and he had made no further movement to the souhward yet. AFTER THE BOMBARDMENT. (Received 8.35 a.m.) Mexico City, April 10. Rumours prevail that the rebels captured Tampico. Other reports state that the gunboats are successfully defending the city. The large oil tanks suffered during the bombardment, but there was .little loss of life. Tli© warehouses are ablaze.
