HUSBAND’S MOCK DEATH. A LOVER AND HIS KISS. j [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.[United Press Association.] (Received 5.35 a.m.) Stockholm, -April JU. Karl Peter Gen, a wealthy merchant, who was married a year, became suspicious and arranged uith a doctor and a solicitor for his mock death. The husband was coffined, and the will leaving the property to the wife was read. Directly the doctor and solicitor departed, the wife telephoned to her lover that she had splendid news—her monstrous husband was dead. The lover arrived and kissed the wife. When Petersen leaped out of the coffin, the wife fainted, and the lover fled. Petersen has been granted a divorce.
