WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev D. O. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are for variable and strong breezes. Expect changeable and showery weather. The night will probably bo cold. The barometer has a rising tendency, but falling after about 24 to 36 hours.
