AMERICA’S ATTITUDE.

Mr Henry Lane Wilson, ex-Ambas-sador in Mexico, in criticising the Presidential policy, asserted that the United States Government had discredited the Mexican Government, which was trying to restore peace and order. He declared that General Madero was a person of unsound intellect and imperfect education. The United States had also made a great error in discrediting tho European nations and misrepresenting their attitude regarding tho recognition of do facto government.
