THE KAISER'S ADVICE.

(Received 8 a.m.) Berlin, March 30. The father of thirty-five children
was received in audience by the Kaiser on the sixth son entering the Army. The Kaiser presented the father with a fifty-mark note (about £2 10s), just to keep up the good work.
