A COUNCILLOR'S CONVICTION. Mr F. Cohen, of Willis Street, Wellington, is a busy business man and one of Wellington's best known figures. A City Councillor for many years lie has no time to waste on letterwritins for fun. He tried RHEI'MO, and was convinced.
