In the Supreme Court to-day, the jury returned'a verdict of not guilty in the rase - in which Arthur William Petherick was charged with perjury. Sitting in the Divorce Court, Juclge Edwards granted decrees nisi in'the cases Heggie v. Heggie (husband’s petition) and Johnston r. Jolirißtoii J (wife’s petition), both oh the grounds of desertion.
