Parliament has been suddenly prorogued, and the cabinet has Resigned. Die navy loses six and a half million sterling as the former Budget was mtomatically operative. THE SHADOWS BEFORE. Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Received 8 a.m.) Tokio, March 24. The Government will suspend the session for three days after the Peers have reaffirmed the decision against the Budget. This is supposed to he a prelude to resignation.
