The seamer Makambo brings news that the natives in the- New Hebrides are very restless, especially on Male•kula Island, where early in the month seven native missionary teachers were killed and eaten by a tribe known as the Big Nambus.
Natives also raided and burnt a store kept by an Englishman named Farrell, who, with his wife, escaped, to Walla Island.
