In the House of Commons Lord Robert Cecil (Unionist) inquired whether the Ministry had had their attention directed to the resolution of the Lords respecting the honors and party funds.

Mr Lloyd George stated that Government was not prepared to make any proposal on the'subject. Mr G. Terrell (Unionist member for Chippenham), asked if they were prepared to publish a list of subscribers to the party funds. Mr Lloyd George: "You'd better address that question, to the leaders of the Opposition."
