Commander Peary, after Commander Evans lectured to a gathering in Carnegie Hall. He deplored America’s lack of interest in Polar exploration. Sbaekleton, Stackhouse, Mawson and Koenig were doing great tilings for their respective countries. The United States was conspicuous by her absence. f
