U.S.A. TROOPS FOR THE BORDER
Washington, March 12
Additional troops have been ordered to the Mexican ortier, where 18,000 are already mustered. Felix Diaz has arrived at Washington and has asked for the consideration of a new plan for the elimination of Huertn and a settlement of the Mexican question.
