MANY SERIOUSLY INJURED. [By Electric Telegraph—Coptriostj Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Received 8 a.m.) Koine, March 11. The general strike ended by concessions to the populace regarding the hospitals, but not before there was serious rioting. Twenty civilians and many carbineers were seriously injured during suppression of the rioting.
