THE MEXICAN CRISIS.
A BRITISH PROTEST. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright - [United Press Association.] (Received 9 a.m.) Washingon, March 8. Sir C. A. Spring Rice (British Ambassador) complained that the rebels at Chihuahua had driven out an Englishman named Sydnam and had attempted to destroy his property. Mr Bryan immediately telegraphed to the American Consul to send a protest to Carranza.
