Mrs Flora Kerr, a resident of Auckland, who with her son was staying at Darlinghurst, died in the hospital from the effects of poison. Deceased, whose husband is a patient at the Auckland Hospital, has been depressed for some months. Masterton, March 5. A man named Thomas Jackson, aged 86, single, was found dead in his bed this morning. Dunedin, March 5. The police received advice this evening that a child named Frances Eleanor Murdoch, aged 20 months, had been accidentally drowned in the Molyneaux River this afternoon.
