The Government Mtsteorologist (Rev D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon a 9 follows: The indications nre for southerly moderate to strong winds prevailing. Weather probably cool and changeable and appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled at times, but should improve. The barometer hag ft rising tendency.
