CHAMPIONSHIP MEETING. [Per Preps Association. I Treutham, February 28. The championship rifle meeting was continued to-day. The Hon. J. Alien, Minister of Defence, visited the range this afternoon, and expressed himself well pleas?d with the .shooting in the Casualty match, which he witnessed. The following are the scorers:—

The prize list was compiled in anticipation of a large entry, and, it was alleged, in consequence of the strike, the original estimate of entries had been reduced. |t was decided to reduce the prize money on all competitions fired after one o'clock on Saturday. The reduction will amount to<a little over £3OO.
