THE METHODIST CONFERENCE

The Methodist Conference endorsed the Board of Missions' proposal for the formation of a Methodist Missionary Corporation, Limited, with a capital of £30,000 in pound debentures.
COAL FROM NEWCASTLE.
(Received 11.5 a.m.) NeAvcastle, March 2
The February coal exports were 459,499 tons, New Zeaalnd taking 48,859 tons.
