Fire-Ball Burst.
IN PORCH OF A CHURCH.
AND CAUSES SENSATION. [By Electric Teleguaph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 11.5 a.m.) Sydney, March 2. A sensation was caused at St. Mathias' Church, Paddington, during the progress of a storm. A fire-ball burst in the porch with a terrific detonation.
Many of the congregation fainted, and the decorum of the service was disturbed.
An electrical wire was fused, but there was very little damage.
