WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are for variable and strong breezes, but westerly strong to gale prevailing. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled with rain later. The barometer is unsteady, but has a falling tendency.
