COLLAPSE OF A WALL. By Electric Telegraph — Copyright! Times— Sydney Sun Special Cables. (Received .8 a.m.) Constantinople, February 27. A wall surrounding the Seraglio Park collapsed, burying twenty-two laborers. Six were killed and two were seriously injured.
