COMMONWEALTH FLEET.
SUBMARINES’ JOURNEY OUT. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright! [United Press Association.] (Received 8 a.in.) London, February 27. The Commonwealth’s submarines will make the entire journey to Australia under their own motive power, and will go below for safety in the event of striking storms. A small platform will be provided for the men to take exercise. Except during rough weather they will remain three days at the ports at which they call for food, fuel, and overhauls.
