LONDON WOOL SALES. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following cablegram from their London house under date 24th February, 1914 : For the 3rd series, fixed for 3rd March, the limit will be 175,000 bales, and list will be closed eight clear clays prior to that date. The Xew Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following cablegram from their London house under date 21tb February, 1914: We think a rise is likely to take place in the following descriptions oi' wool: —Merino crossbred 5 per cent to 10 per cent. Mr Newton King has received the following advice re London wool sales: "The 3rd series of sales will be limited to 175,000 hales of new arrivals."
