Advocate of War.
GERMANY & THE POWERS, HER INTOLERABLE SITUATION. [By Electric Teleguaph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 8.45 a.m.) Berlin, February 26. A writer in the paper "Die Post, - ' advocated an immediate war -is the only means of extricating Germany from her intolerable situation among the European Powers, and says: "In the lives of nations there are complications and dangers which can only be disposed of by sword. Our situation to-day belongs to tin's cata'gory. At the moment the conditions arc favourable as France is not ready to fight; Britain is involved in intercolonial difficulties; and Russia shrinks from war because she fears a revolution. Shall we wait until our opponents are ready, or shall we use a favourable moment to force a decision."
